The Maple Mews Dental Team Misses You !

We hope this email finds you happy and healthy. The Maple Mews Dental Team has been working hard to navigate our way through the daily changes to the landscape and scope of providing emergency dental treatment during the pandemic .

Our team is working closely with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, Ontario Dental Association, and Burlington Dental Academy to keep ourselves informed of the best way to treat your dental emergencies.

What is a Dental Emergency?

A dental emergency may include an injury to the mouth or face, severe infection such as abcess or swelling – of your gums or face, or pain that cannot be managed with over the counter medications such as Advil or Tylenol .

Although we are mandated to remain closed to all non- essential dental care until at least April 6, 2020 ,we continue to be committed to your oral care and overall health . If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call the office at 905-632-2442, Dr Parker or Dr Rzepka will assess your situation and take care of the emergency situation with a prescription or arrangements for emergency dental care.

If you are looking to schedule or reschedule a dental appointment, have questions about your dental treatment or have financial questions, Laura continues to be available in the office accepting calls :Mon- Thurs 9:30am- 3:00pm & Friday 9:30am -1:00pm. In addition we are checking our messages regularly and if we are not available for your call, we will call you back as soon as possible 7 days a week.
