Welcome Back

We know many of you have been forced to wait for dental care. We are now open and scheduling dental appointments. We appreciate your understanding while we were closed to do our part to control the spread of the virus.

While our number one priority is the health and safety of you, our patients, we have many procedures in place and we will need your assistance to ensure we are all kept safe and healthy.

WHEN SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will be asked prescreening questions over the phone

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will be emailed the intake screening and consent forms, please complete, sign and submit back to the office

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE OFFICE

Please wait in your car or outside until your scheduled appointment time, please call us at your appointment time to let us know you have arrived. To respect social distancing, we will advise you when you should come into the office

Please leave bags. coats, purses at home or in the car to avoid taking germs back home with you

Please wear a mask when you come into the office and use hand sanitizer upon entering

We will be taking and recording your temperature when you enter the office

YOUR TREATMENT

All rooms are COMPLETELY sterilized before each patient is seated

Our team is strictly following guidelines from the CDC, public health and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons

During patient care the dental team is wearing masks, faceshields and gowns.

All surfaces that come in contact with the patient are disinfected between patients including the patient chair, coat hangers and hooks.

CHECKOUT

Please assure that all personal information including address, phone, email and insurance information is up to date prior to your dental visit.

Our goal is provide a contactless checkout , we will email all forms and receipts to you . Your next appointment will be sent to you by text or email .
